Cognitive Therapy Training on Disc™ is available only to Mental Health Professionals or graduate students in a mental health field. Because of the need to qualify our buyer / end user, we are unable to sell our products to bookstores and other intermediaries.
Cognitive Therapy Training on Disc™ is copyrighted material. The purchaser is licensed to use the product for personal use. Listening and viewing is restricted to mental health professionals and students in a mental health field.
Permissions and Use Restrictions
Our copyrighted training discs are for personal use only by qualified mental health professionals or graduate students in a mental health program. Please make sure that use is limited to these groups. Any duplication, broadcast, other distribution, or electronic storage of this copyrighted material is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your attention and adherence to these permissions and use restrictions.
Not For Use in Commercial Workshops Without Prior Permission
Commercial workshop are ones in which the attendees pay to attend the workshop. This applies to free standing workshops and includes universities and institutions offering continuing education classes. Workshops and training sessions that are part of employment in a clinic or tuition based university classes are not considered commercial. See Permissions Requests Procedure section for further details.
Permissions Request Procedure
To seek permissions for use in Commercial Workshops (see above definition), you need to submit a permission request. The audience must consist of only mental health professionals or students in a mental health field. Viewing by the general public is not permitted.
A permissions request must include all of the following information:
1) Identify the type and anticipated number of audience members
2) Provide the title of the program (include sku#)
3) Identify the segment you wish to show, include the approximate run time of that segment
4) Briefly describe how this segment will be used
5) Indicate the length of the entire training session in which the segment will be shown
6) Click here to email your permissions request - this will open your email program. If you have difficulties, open you email program first and then click on our link.
Prepayment (USD) Required
All orders are pre-paid in US dollars. We do not accept Purchase Orders. If your organization requires a ProForma Invoice, follow the procedures on our Pro Forma Invoice Procedures & Policies page. If you have any questions, contact us through email.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Adjustments for Errors in Shipping and Taxes
We reserve the right to adjust the final invoice if errors were made in the following: (1) Ship To country charges (2) California taxes if shipped to a California address. Your final invoice will reflect the actual charges made to your credit card.
Refunds / Returns / Exchanges Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds on our products. Only products with a manufacturing defect and a Return Authorization # can be returned and replaced with the exact product.
Carefully check your order when received to make certain your order is correct. If you were shipped an incorrect product, do not open the product. Replacement for incorrect products is only available if the products are unopened. Save all packing materials & the shipping box until the issue is resolved. Notice must be sent within 10 days of Ship Date.
Customs and Other Taxes
For orders shipped to California Addresses: we charge the mandatory 7.75% California Sales Tax (2016 rate was 8.00%).
For orders shipped outside California, we do not charge for any taxes. Any fees or taxes due on these orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information, see our SHIPPING & TAXES page.
We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday but there are some exceptions. For complete and CURRENT Shipping Information see SHIPPING & TAXES
We send email notification when an order has shipped. Once you receive notice, keep a close watch for your package or notice from your post office. All orders ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers are not available unless your order has shipped Priority Mail.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please note that we are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us and you would like re-shipment. you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Our shipments are thoroughly checked to ensure they are correct and complete. If you believe your order has an error, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of the order. Make sure you keep all packing and shipping material until the issue is resolved. Items that are returned to us without authorization do not qualify for replacement or exchange. Email us and describe the situation. We do not issue refunds for incorrect or missing items. We will exchange incorrect items and/or replace a verified missing item at our expense. Failure to notify us within 10 days of the shipping date invalidates this agreement.
Returned Packages / Refund Policy
If your package is returned to us as "unclaimed", there are two options available to you.
Option 1 - RESHIP: We can re-ship your package after you pay for new shipping charges and verify a valid Shipping Address.
Option 2 - REFUND: In order to quality for a refund, the package must have been returned to us unopened and the contents not damaged / disc seals not opened. You are responsible for return postage. Before we can issue you a refund, we will deduct fees for restocking (5% of order total) plus our shipping costs. Your refund will be the balance of your original purchase amount minus these fees. Your Refund = Original purchase amount, minus 5% restocking, minus our shipping costs. Refunds can only be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase and as long as the card is still active. All fees and refunds are in US dollars (USD).
All our Audio CDs and DVDs are professionally manufactured using high quality materials and processes. Any product found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that are returned to us without authorization do not qualify for warranty replacement. Manufacturing defects are defined as: disc will not launch or play and/or disc has no sound. Discs which have accidental damage do not qualify for warranty replacement. See our FAQ section for further details.
We also warranty that your order is correct and complete. Any shipment identified within 10 days of the ship date that is found to have incorrect or missing items is eligible for product exchange or reshipment. You must notify us immediately upon receipt of the order if there is a problem with your order. If your order is incorrect, make sure you keep all packing and shipping material until the issue is resolved because these items are necessary for product identification, verification, and in some cases reshipment. Items that are returned to us without authorization do not qualify for replacement or exchange. We do not issue refunds for incorrect or missing items. We will exchange incorrect items and/or replace a verified missing item at our expense. For product exchange, we ask that you return the incorrect item to us. For a missing product, we ask you to provide information from your Customs receipt, Packing Slip, and other shipping materials.

Revision History Notes
On 01/04/2019, we updated our Refund Policy. The terms and conditions did not change. Just the procedure we use with our merchant bank. We also added some clarifying statements. Here is the previous Return Policy wording [outdated procedure - no longer in effect]: In order to quality for a refund, the package must have been returned to us unopened and the contents not damaged / disc seals not opened. We can issue you a refund after you pay fees for restocking & shipping costs. Our merchant bank requires a two-part process for refunds: first we charge you a fee that consists of 5% restocking costs plus our shipping costs. Then, we immediately refund your original purchase amount. Credit can only be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. All fees and refunds are in US dollars (USD). We cannot issue partial refunds.
